Common Requests

• A video failed or looks wrong. Failed renders are retried once automatically, and if they fail again your credits come back on their own. If a finished video isn’t what you hoped for, tell us.
• Refunds. Not happy with a finished video? Email us and it’s refunded to your original payment method through Stripe. If you used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded.
• Credits and payments. Questions about a pack, a charge or your credit balance.
• Privacy. Requests to delete your photo, your videos or your whole account. Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload in any case.
• Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Shaking Head AI uses your image without permission, email us with the details and we will review it.
