Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with your Google account. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face of the animal or person in it.
3. Generated videos. The videos made for you, with details such as their status and when they were made.
4. Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see the order, the amount and whether the payment went through, but we never see or store your card number.
5. Usage information. Pages visited and features used, collected with Google Analytics, plus your credit balance and order history. When you first visit, a cookie records how you arrived (the referring site or campaign link, the first page you opened and when) for 30 days, and it is saved with your account if you sign up.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to run your account, make the videos you ask for, process payments and credits, apply offers and invite rewards, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service working.

Who Receives Your Information

• The AI video provider receives your photo to render your video and doesn’t keep it.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google provides sign-in and Google Analytics.
• Hosting and storage providers store the site, your photos and your videos so you can view and download them.

How Long We Keep It

• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to delete them.
• Account information is kept while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it.

Your Rights

You can ask us to delete your photo, your videos or your whole account at any time by emailing [email protected], and you can ask what information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, such as asking for a copy of your data or objecting to certain processing.

Children

Shaking Head AI is for people aged 13 or older, or the minimum age in your country if that is higher. Payments must be made by an adult or with a parent’s permission. Don’t upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember how you first arrived (described above) and, through Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
