Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Shaking Head AI at https://shakingheadai.com/. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Shaking Head AI lets you upload one photo and get a short AI video in the style of the shaking head trend: a smug, eyes-closed head shake followed by a wide-eyed stare, repeated. Shaking Head AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance or any of the creators whose clips appear on the site.

Who May Use It

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if that is higher. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with your account.

What You May Upload

• Only photos you own or have permission to use.
• A photo of another person only with that person’s consent.
• No photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures, and nothing sexual, hateful or illegal.

You are responsible for what you upload. The AI provider refuses some photos, such as celebrities and public figures, screenshots with another app’s watermark, and flags or political images. When that happens, the credits come back automatically.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shaking Head AI to:

• impersonate anyone or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread false information;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block renders or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You may use the videos you make, including posting them on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. Please label them as AI-generated where a platform asks you to. Videos have no watermark.

AI Results

AI results vary between renders. The head movement and expression in your video can differ from the trend clips shown on the site, and we don’t guarantee that a video will look a particular way. Please review your video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Credits are sold in one-time packs, priced in US dollars and shown before you pay. They are not subscriptions and don’t renew.
• Credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, by card or with Apple Pay where available.
• If a render fails, it is retried once automatically; if it fails again, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• If you are not happy with a finished video, email [email protected] and the payment is refunded to your original payment method through Stripe. If you have used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded.

Your Data

How we handle your photos, videos and account information is described in the Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and you can ask us by email to delete your photo, your videos or your account at any time.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using Shaking Head AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Shaking Head AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
